I have gotten a lot of crap from many different people on my plan to vote "Yes on Prop 8".

Please note that this is MY VOTE not yours. I am not sitting here trying to change yours i'm merely stating the facts on WHY I am voting that way. I have no intention of changing you mind perhaps having you think a little outside of the box and trust me, many of your opinions on the issue have made me think, but I still stand behind my vote of yes. :]

I am doing it for my future children and what I want for them.

I am doing it because it is what I believe to be the right thing to do.

I am doing it because it is MY RIGHT to vote the way I want to and not the way someone tells me.

I am doing it because I don’t like being told what is right by a group that feels that if you don’t agree with them, then you are against them. Again I not AGAINST ANYONE!!! It is about how I feel marriage should be!

Because I learned that homosexual couples that are Registered Domestic Partnerships (RDP)in CA actually already have MORE rights than heterosexual couples in CA. because they can register as RDP's and in 2007 were given the right to file as filing jointly on their CA Tax return and Heterosexuals have to wait until they are 62.

Because a black woman Professor who wrote a paper saying she didn't agree with the association of the gay marriage to the Civil rights issues of the 60's as being equal, and guess what? She was SILENCED and then let go by the university. She wasn’t allowed to have and/or express her opinion.

I am doing this because I believe that the right for gay marriage was given incorrectly and without the proper authority (The people of CA) and it needs to be rectified.

Yes on 8.

I saw this news report on TV where vandalism is going on over Prop 8.
Seriously Vandals out there who are messing about with peoples houses with PROP 8 signs WHETHER its a YES or NO sign, DO NOT do it. Vandalism is a crime. I repeat DO NOT go by peoples houses and throw eggs or steal the signs! Its super stupid. Really you just begin to take away peoples freedom of speech. If you want to fight with me or anyone else on the matter than do so at the polls, don't steal signs or vandalise someone else's property. Its stupid and a waste of time.

I believe in human rights. I believe in civil liberty. I believe that no government or law of man has the right to compel anyone or any entity to perform any act or service contrary to his own beliefs as long as his beliefs does not constitute harm to others. This is the reason why I will vote yes on Prop. 8. Prop. 8 will reaffirm the voice of the people in California that marriage is between a man and a woman. And those four activist judges in San Francisco cannot and should not be the voice of the populous overwhelmingly passed what was then Prop. 22 in the year 2000. Preserving the definition of traditional marriage is important for California and good for our society.

I am not prejudice. I respect individual rights and the freedom of choice. I have neighbors who are gay. They are good and decent people. I respect their rights to choose. I accept them as what they are. I don't impose my values on them and they don't impose their values on me. But if Prop. 8 does not pass, the law will demand their values be imposed on me. All businesses, all entities and all of us will be compelled by law to treat all marriages without distinction.

The schools in California will be compelled to teach children and that children must accept that same-sex marriage is the same as traditional marriage. Any child does not accept all marriages are same would be construed as breaking the law. Churches will be forced to perform same-sex marriages even if that is contrary to the church's position. Churches would not be able to use their doctrinal beliefs to defend their positions.

The opponents viewed this as another scare tactic. I wish this is only a scare tactic but it is the truth. It is happening in states such as Massachusetts where same-sex marriage is legalized. Passing of Prop. 8 will protect individual liberty, protect our schools from mandatory teaching same-sex marriage to our children and protect our churches from performing marriages contrary to their doctrine.

CUTEST WATER EVER!!

haha..so lets start from the beginning. I stopped for gas as usual on my Wednesday afternoon before class. I was thirsty so I decided to go inside and get a water. I know that your suppose to drink lots and lots of water to stay hydrated, DUH! Well my real reason was to not feel hungry, lol, && to Hydrate my skin ;]. Anyways, I went in looked around and found the cutest bottle of water EVER! lol.

Smart water yo! lol. Just the names makes you feel better. Well I got up from class to pee like 3x's but I feel more hydrated! :) haha. I had only drank half the bottle so I brought it into work to finish it. THAN I could reuse this 1.5L bottle to refill that way I dont have to get up 10x's a day for cups of water. :) Smart water really does help.
**I did check to see if I could reuse the bottle. Triangle 1 makes it okay, but just a few times of course.
I have had this water before but the bigger bottle just makes me seem more pro-active. I showed Farid and he said "You're happy because you're drinking expensive water?". lmao jerk. Its yummy expensive water && yes I can taste the difference. :]

BUT I didn't get to the B E S T part!!






It has a fishy!!!!!!! lol. omg right?! I thought it was too cute. Yea I know the little things excite me. haha. IDK if you can read it but the caption says

SOOOOO I am debating on whether or not I want a DS lite.

I could have had a white one with 2 cases and 10 games for $100.00 yesterday but I couldn't see myself spending that much to not really play it. Farid even offered to buy it for me, BUT still..I would like to say I would use it but...ehhhhh.... when will I ever have time. Plus I think I might want a pink one. So I'll just wait.....

But today I am thinking I'll use it. I hook up Wi Fi to it...I could get the DS Fitness game...I could play it on my lunch and at home when I don't have anything else to do.....but really will I play it? lol.

Have you ever had those really inspiring songs that you just love? I like to call them "Songs of the week" which are really longer than a week, but you get the idea. This time I kinda cheated. I have like 6. hahaha. The two notable ones are "Better In Time" and "Live your life". Lameness because they're both totally mainstream, but whatev. lol.

Anywhoo. . . "Live your life" is taking womanhood to the next level. WOOT WOOT. haha When you think about it, Rhianna is talking about getting money (Paper chasin. lmao) and to some that could be considered gold diggin or money hungry. Both those terms show negative light on what she's saying but when SHE says it, to me, sounds like "HELL YEAH! I can do that too".

To sum it up it makes me want to work harder for where I want to be financially. For those of you who say "Love can't buy happiness" and blah blah blah and just trying to get money is wrong...screw you. :) haha. It can and it will. Just remember its the way you go about it that can make you unhappy.

Plus im not saying I want $104,904,930,429,249.12(It would be nice) but enough to have the house and car I dreamt of and make sure my future kiddies are WELL taken care of. :)

DID YOU SEE THE FINALE OF MAKING THE BAND??

If you didn't Aubrey and D woods got kicked out of the group. I'm super glad Aubrey is gone maybe it will give her a reality check. I use to LOVE her! She was my favorite along with Andrea but than fame hit her and Aubrey fell away from my heart. lol She just got really big headed and thought she was the -ish. I noticed the change ever since she was voted one of the top hottest people when she was still being picked for the band.

I wonder what's going to happen to the girls. As sad is it to say, I think this is just a publicity stunt to get us to watch the next season. When you think about it, none of the girls were really crying at the end..they all still looked pretty. lol. IDK its pretty juicy though and it kept me entertained. If it is a publicity stunt I think its good for the show but not for the group. Seeing this drama does not make me want to run out and buy their CD, but I might Tivo the show. haha.

Yesterday me and my co-worker were talking about love. Random, I know. But sitting in close proximity to each other you begin to get into depth about things. lol. Anyway... We were discussing where would you meet a mate. As simple as the question is the answer is quite tough.

We thought of places like the coffee shop, the movies, the library the blah blah blah.. but a lot of the times you go there to chill and not pick up on guys and girls. Than he suggested clubs and I said "EW. No girl really dates a guy from the club. Its more hook up status" which I stand firmly by. I think clubs are to have fun and really have no potential. Bars MAYBE. but clubs, eh.

Than we began to think about how people back than met each other. For one I always hear that people say "oh yea, we met through so and so" blah blah but does that really happen. Maybe it does and that just means that I shoulda got out more. haha. Co-worker agreed. I suggest him meeting girls at his game thing that he plays. I guess they have fairs but than he said that all girls that play that have boyfriends. So finding love is really hopeless.....I think my parents met at work. But I nor co worker never had a job where we worked around people our age. We went straight to the office. lol. So that was a loss cause. I lied, I worked at Victoria Secret but all guys that walked into there were with their girlfriends, married or buying something for one of the above. haha

but I guess thats where myspace, eharmony, match.com all come in. lol Has dating really resorted to this? I queso. lol. Maybe everything changes with time and dating online has evolved. Hearing that your bestie met her boo on eharmony doesnt sound sooo odd anymore.

But love is out there for everyone...hopefully. You just have to search for it. GL.

IDK if you heard the rumors but Supposedly In N Out will be celebrating their 60th anniversary with a sweet deal. Here's the email I got:

Can it be soo ?!?! Someone I know called local and they said no..than they called cooperate and they said yes. So Maybe its a secret?? lol Well, all I know is that on Wednesday i'll be saving my calories and having In N Out that day! lol

I dont understand why I need it, My major requires speech communications and people relations NOT dissecting effin cells. Trust me I can care less what a cell membrane is. As long as its working correctly for me, im good. :) Doctors should know about that, that's why I go to them. Not me who will never talk about what ATP is again.

Anyway. . . I went work/lunch shopping the other day. I LOVE Lean Cuisines now. haha. Yes I know, their high in sodium but I like to think, the amount of sodium im eating now is waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy less than me eating chicken from KFC. :) So im sticking to it.

I also bought hot chocolate for the morning because the office is ALWAYS cold and I hate coffee. I took a picture of it
