Thanksgiving this year was a bit different. Maybe cause I am older, more mature -cough-newly single 951 203 jk, lol -cough- and all that mumble jumble. Anywhoo, we did the usual family stuff which is as follows:
-We played Volley Ball. I suck at it of course. lol. This is my gangsta granny playing. Are you jealous? You should be. She can kick your butt. :]
They also played cricket, I think that's what its called lol and snacked on lots of chips. :] Esp my favorite dipping EVER cream cheese and salsa. -drools- yum!
-ooo...so here's the story about the Turkey...My granny usually puts it in the oven, blah blah blah. Well she did that than went to check it 4 hours later and guess what. .. . .. . .. the oven was broken. hahahahahahahahahahaha
Comedy. We thought thanks giving was ruined but my super dad came to the rescue and we ended up DEEP FRYING it. Not exactly the healthiest thing to do but the most yummiest. Everyone was saying that "Its the best turkey they have EVER had!" It was pretty good. and it only took 45 minutes!!!
<---side note, this reminds me that one of my supposed friends thinks my dad was cute when she saw him!!!! GAG! I wont mention her name out of respect to her reputation. lol.
-Next we pretty much ate. Fat asses. Than we went on the after dinner Walk....watched movies on my dads projector. I swear I felt like I was at the movies. lol. and left.
Here comes the exciting part.....I got home and texted Mayra. We were planning on hitting the sales at 2 in the morning but we heard that the mills was opening up at 12. So guess what! lol. We went to the mills around 11. Of course we picked up Kat. Their was tons of people, like no joke, ever entrance of the mall was full !! I actually heard of some shooting at Toys R us and a killing at Wal-mart :[ people are effin crazy!!!!!!!!! Well to sum it up..we didn't buy anything it was tooo crowded and i'm not a crowd kinda person nor are the girls. Expected it, but couldn't handle it. lol We left around two and knocked out. lol. Bobby says, "its the experience of being at the mall at 2 am." Eff that. lol. So I ended up spending a lot of money on-line the next day.lol. At least I'm almost done with my shopping!
Hope your Thanksgiving was just as eventful.
xoxo
