I got this bad boy for 8 bucks!! Score. I love K-mart deals. lol. I used it like twice (had it for about 2 weeks, lmao) but I LOVE IT. The sit ups are the best. Theirs also this exercise you do where you stick the ball between your legs and squeeze. It's suppose to work out your inner thighs. I actually felt a little sore afterwards. GET ONE!

At my friend's office where I work at, they've got one of those balls and I mess around with it. It's a good workout! It's all about deals at K mart. Mmmm inner thighs. ;)
